Default Ratio of calcium, magnesium and d3?

I just got out all my pills and added together the numbers -- not sure what the proper ratios are for calcium, magnesium, and d3. I would appreciate some advice.

Totals:

D3 = 6,515 IU (Natural Calm, D3 gel cap, calcium pill, multi)
Magnesium = 440 mg (Natural Calm, multi, calcium pill)
Calcium = 903 mg (calcium pill, multi, Natural Calm)
Potassium = 140
Boron = 540

Is this a good ratio? I will not be able to have labs done for a few months so this is more of a generic question than one related to test results. I am a 52-year-old woman, perimenopausal, hypothyroid, on small doses of Cozaar, Simvistatin, and Synthroid. I am not diabetic and don't have osteoporosis.

Also take Fish Oil, Coconut Oil, and Cinammon.

Thanks for your help.

are you basing your current usage on past blood test results?

How did you come up with the current ratios and why?

That's the problem, I don't have a rhyme or reason for what I am doing. I began with a multi, then started taking D3 because of the discussions on this board, always took extra calcium because that's "what women are supposed to do," and I started with the magnesium mostly because of very strong muscle cramps.

I don't have any recent blood tests, and due to insurance problems, won't get any until about September.

That's why I am asking for ratios in general.

This is a very good question. I would re-post it here:

There are a lot of well informed regulars here such as Hutchinson and Zuleika. They are constantly posting research on vitamin D and its cohorts

First you need to add up the amount of calcium you are obtaining from all sources. That amount should add up to ~900-1200 mg.

Magnesium should be ~half of that.

The D3's about right unless you have deficiency diseases/symptoms.
