Default CLA is it no longer recommended?

Don't know if it is no longer recommended but I have been using it along with borage oil and SEEM to be losing inches a little faster than I was before. I have only beeen using it for about two weeks.

Yes I thought it helped as well and then heard a few comments to the opposite. The article posted above states what I was aware of, but at the bottom it does point out that for overweight people it can increase insulin resistance but for "bodybuilders" it lowers insulin resistance? Confusing as to why?

That comment about the insulin resistance concerned me too but I haven't been able to find any other sources that collaborate it. Even if I do I will continue to use it at least until I get to goal since I am at very high risk for type 2 diabetes.

Another thought crossed my mind as well. As long as we are doing lowcarb, we are keeping our insulin low. Which in effect is helping us with our insulin resistance that helped put on this weight in the first place. What do you think?

That is a good point about our insulin levels. I am thinking that short term until the weight is off is probably okay??
