Just want to restate -- I checked with another biltong producer, and she said they use A LOT of sugar in the process. Why - I have no idea. But, now that I've heard it from two sources, its probably best to avoid biltong...
So happy to find some South Africans on the diet. Iam having problems getting recipes with local ingredients most of the recipes I find have got some things I havnt a clue as to what they are. So if anyone can help me with some yummy goodies I will really appreciate it. Enjoy your day
