Hey Guys I Am Back
I am back and I have missed you all.
I think my downfall has been that I expect perfection from myself I have regained all the weight I lost on atkins/cad and I think it was because I was so hung up on being balanced in my RM's.So instead I have binged big time every day -where is the logic in that?
I set myself a goal of doing CAD clean for 1 week and during that week I will not stress over my RM's.
Tomorrow is day 1 and I aim to have
CS coffee+milk in>15
CM ham and eggs
RM chicken curry,rice,naan bread,veg,ice cream
CM fish and salad+mayo (if needed)
