Hey
My name is Cindy - I am 26 years old 5'5 and I weigh 144.5 as of this morning.
I aim for a weight of 125, I've never really done low carb before...and I dont plan on doing the induction...and I also dont plan on giving up alcohol but will cut it to one night a week ;and I do plan on giving up sugary drinks and I will stick to wine, or light rum and diet coke for a while.....will add light beer when I get closer to my goal weight.
I currently strength train about 3-4 times a week , split: Legs ; arms ; back ; shoulders/chest/clvs
cardio 5 times a week in the morning elliptial or treadmill
I am about 23% bodyfat.
Any suggestions to me are welcome. I have almost every low carb diet book out there, but never really tried it but I am at my highest weight ever after diet/workout burnout.
I really need help. Like I said any suggestions welcome.
