Default Low Carb Tortillas

So my hubby wanted taco salad for dinner and we're both trying to do LC, but he insisted on some kind of chips or shell. (He's having a hard time sticking to this.) I was told our local store had low carb tortillas, but when I got there, all they had was whole wheat. Yeah, that's not great but figured they'd be better than the corn chips! I didn't partake, but he did and he liked them.

So my question is, anyone try any low carb tortillas? I've found some on Amazon, but there are several brands. Hubby LOVES tacos and American style Mexican food, but I can't keep going off plan and figured we'd compromise as meat, lettuce, and cheese just ain't my thing as much as he likes to eat it, which is about every day!

Or, aside from wrapping in lettuce which I find blah, any suggestions?

How about making your tacos like a pile of nachos without the chips and use boats made of radicchio to scoop it up? Or just eat it with a fork?

Chipotle makes burrito bowls that are basically burritos without the tortilla. I eat it with a fork.

I make "seven layer dip" with taco meat, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, onion, tomatoes and black olives, then dip with plain pork rinds.

I have had Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas (found them at Wal-mart) but even at 6 net carbs, one tortilla sent me up 3 lbs on the scale the next day. So, fed those to my hubby.
