Default No-Bake Cheese cake

Here is a recipe I use alot to take to parties so I have something sweet to eat too!

Crust:

1 Cup crushed pecans
4 TB melted butter
2 packets Splenda
Mix together and spread out to cover bottom of pie plate. Put in freezer while mixing the filling.

Mix together in bowl:

1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temp)
2 tsp. lemon juice

In a separate bowl, whip until stiff:

1 Cup whipping cream
10 packets Splenda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix the cream mixture with the Whipped cream until well combined. Spread over crust and refrigerate.

That sounds delicious! Do you have the carb count for that?

I served this to my diabetic Dad on thxgiving & it was yummy but a little plain for the occasion. I think I'm going to experiment with a pumpkin inside layer too to add a bit of flair. I think I'll try Adding pumpkin to some more sweetened whipped cream; then throw the cream cheese & whipped cream mixture on top. I'll let you all know how it comes out.

I made mine in a pie pan so it was more like cream cheese pie.

Here's what I could come up (so far) with at fitday for this recipe:
(whole pie)
