Hi everyone! I'm fairly new to lowcarb dieting and very new to Canada all together which makes for challenging grocery shopping. Are there any lowcarb specialty stores in Mississauga? Any info would be appreciated Food suggestions too!!

I’m not from Mississauga but would just like to say that you can find anything you need to low carb successfully in a regular grocery store. Stick to the outer aisles where the meat, poultry, fish and fresh vegetables (and fruit depending on your LC plan) are and you will be much better off than depending on a whole lot of artificial products made by diet companies.

If you do find you really need a breakfast bar or a shake - GNC sells them. I’m sure it won’t be long before someone who lives closer will come by with some more local info for you.
