Oh man. I just whipped a half pint heavy whipping cream, some Splenda (maybe 2 tablespoons?), a tablespoon of cocoa powder and a teaspoon and a half of instant decaf an MAN IT IS GOOD.

Ohhhhhhhhhh so good.

I'm just having a couple tablespoons all by itself. It's so delicious. It tastes like ice cream or frozen yogurt.

Word of advice: Add your coffee crystals right away when you start whipping, because you don't want to chew a crystal all by itself, that's not a pleasant experience.

I just had this today, too, without the cocoa powder, and with some Walden's Farms SF chocolate syrup on it! Tastes like my favorite combo: coffee ice cream with chocolate sauce

I just made it today for the first time and the finger licken test passed with flying colors. I'm going to put a little oscars sf hazelnut syrup on mine tonight when my dh and dd are having rolo icecream.
