Thumbs up Carb Free Jam and Syrups available in all states and NZ

Hi Guy's through treks of finding as much yummy LC food as possible. I found a company that's based in NZ that make LC jam, syrup and sauces. They're called Jok'n'al and export their products to Diabetes Australia. If you would like to get your hands on some, you can order from them over the internet or else go to a Diabetes Australia branch in your state. They have a website, sorry can't remember the addy but just do a search for Diabetes Australia, they'll give you the address of where exactly they are in your area. good luck

Hi Guys - I am ALWAYS on the lookout for low carb food and options, in Wellington.

Recently I found Jok'n'Al at Woolworths in Johnsonville and also I have just yesterday found AdvantEdge Bars at Woolworths in Kilbirnie .

I am saving my marmalade until my carb count can come back up and I can eat toast again,

The bars are $5.80 each, !!! so I only bought one for the curiosity of it.

Maybe there is a woolworths store somewhere which has all the product lines???

Hmm - i think i'll check out their online shopping options.
