low carb in Bali
Hi everyone -
I am lucky enough to be spending 2 months in Bali going this weekend am very excited but also really want to keep on track with my low carbing. I am 7 days into induction and feel ok really, I do quite alot of exercise & lift weights 3/4 days a week and my energy levels are a bit low but I'm coping with it
Is there anybody here in Bali and low carbing or any advice on what I should avoid eating?
I guess I'll be eating alot of fish and avoiding the rice but does anyone no if there's loads of sugar etc in the satay etc?
sorry if my questions seem a bit random but I really want to try and stick with this and would welcome any advice I can get.
