Default Turkey Lavish Rolls-Simply Ir-ri-siiiist-able!!

Experimented for lunch today and came up with a copy cat lavish roll that can be bought in deli's. All ingrediants were purchased from Wal-Mart.

1 piece Italian Herb Carbdown Flat Out Bread-6 carbs
1 oz. Neufchatel Cheese -room temp. (a low fat cream cheese)-2 carbs
2 Tbsp Kraft Ranch Dressing- 2 carbs
2 leaves Leaf Lettuce- .12 carbs
1 Tbsp. Jarred Pimentos- .38 carbs
2 slices Kraft Deli Deluxe Mozzarella (cut into 8 pieces)- 0 carbs
1 Pkg. Land O'Frost Thin Slice Roasted Pepper Turkey-1 carb

Mix Neufchatel with Ranch Dressing, spread over entire flat out bread. Place
2 leaves of lettuce extending end to end, dot with pimentos, evenly place cheese slices in two rows, last but not least--overlap meat in two layers end to end. Roll long side to long side making a long roll. Cut into 8 pieces.
Makes 2 servings 4 pieces each at 6 carbs total for all 4
Calories:250 for 4 pieces

Experiment with what you like or have on hand, I will be interested to know
what others have come up with!!
