Thursday was a lifting session in the morning, trying to add weight, but doing it a bit more sensibly than normal
10x3 squat bench and pull up but added only 0.5kg on last week.
Follwed in the afternoon with 2x5km runs (one with dog) and finished of with kickboxing.
Friday was a Crossfit HITT session, which I will pay for in the morning.
