Default Easy Mousee (any flavor)

1 package sugar free fat free pudding (any flavor...white chocolate is very rich, and the chocolate fudge is 1 of my other favorites)
2 cups heavy whipping cream

Throw it all together and beat until it's thick as you want it.

I've seen recipes on here for other kinds of mousee with more ingredients. I just love this cause its so quick and an instant treat. Definatly fills you up with just a lil bit!

Hey, you can also add sour cream and that gives it a little something.

This treat is not something you should indulge in too often, cause the carbs are there. But I have to have dessert once in a while and this is less of a problem than some other stuff I could eat.
