Default Pregnant, Lower Carb and Metal Mouth

Hey pregnant ladies. I have been keeping around 50-75 or G carb/day and have noticed an unusual metal mouth taste-its not like the ketosis breath, its...different. Does this have to do with pregnancy, or am I in a light form of ketosis, do you think?

My GUESS would be ketosis, but it's just a guess. Hubby and I joke that EVERYTHING seems to be a sign of pregnancy! heh

When that happened to me I began flossing everyday. It seemed to help. Gum issues can make your mouth all funky especially while preggers.

For the record, it looks like many women get it, like morning sickness, its a sign of elevated and wacky estrogen levels. *sigh* no ketosis.
