I just want to clarify, my friend seems to think we can have whipped cream in the can with the sugar free jelly cause we cant find the sugar free, whipped cream. But those skurts of cream can hurt and cause stalls, cant they?

Whipped cream in a can!
I am certainly no expert..........but the last special on TV about the Atkin's diet..........they most definitely were using the cream in a red and white can! Hope this helps
Killa look for heavy whipping cream in liquid form. You will normally find this where the milk is. You can whip this with splenda in place of the stuff in the can.
When I did Atkins following the Blue Book, he suggests the sugar free jello, but in the the white book discourages it because of the aspartame... but when I was skinny on Atkins I did eat it---with the kind from the can (but very little)

Sugar Free Whipped Cream
Of course you can always whip up some heavy cream yourself using a mixer and either a sugar substitute or none as you see fit. But there is a better way.
There is a gadget called the ISI Cream Charger. It is a cannister (reddi-whip shaped). You pour in the cream. You add your sweetener/flavorings or not. You put the top on with a charger pellet. Voilla. You now have a can of instant whipped cream with no sugar. It lasts for about 14 days in the refrigerator.
I have found that jollyrachers jello is made with sacolose which is what splenda is made out of.. It is in teh cold section of the store near the milk.. Its jolly ranchers sugar free jello.. in ready to serve cups... Hope this helps
