Default apple cider vinegar

Ok I thought I had apple cider vinegar. Turns out the label says 'apple cider FLAVORED' vinegar. Is there a big difference?
I have been having a lot of stomach issues and heard that a few teaspoons of apple cider vinegar throughout the day might help.

Yes, there is a big difference. Most processed vinegars are made out of wood and have no redeeming value.

Natural apple cider vinegar has a load of trace minerals and antioxidants.

http://bragg.com/products/applecidervinegar.html

this is a good site that will tell you what to look for when you look for apple cider vinegar.

Helps Remove Body Toxins * Helps Promote a Youthful Body *Helps support a healthy immune system * Helps Maintain Healthy Skin * Helps Control Weight * Improves Digestion and Assimilation * Soothes Tight and Aching Joints and Sore Muscles from exercise * Soothes irritated skin.

I've used Braggs and find it easier to drink if I mix some sugar free davinci with it and then some water -- like 2TB ACV, 1TB syrup, 8oz water.

I hope this helps.

OK went to the store but after doing a little research online I see that I should probably hit the health food store and get raw, organic acv. Maybe I can get there, tomorrow, before work. Took a dose of the store brand tonight, anyway (3 T with water plus some honey). We'll see what happens.

I've never seen it in our regular grocery stores, always in a health food type store.

I hope it helps. It can be a little strong tasting, but once you doctor it up some it helps.

I've seen that some people have added it to apple juice and it takes like wine. ???

Got the Braggs acv. Wasn't so bad tasting, really. The bottle said to take 1-2 TEASPOONS but everything I have read says tablespoons. Also - should this be taken before or after a meal?

I think 20-30 minutes before a meal to get the full effect, somewhere I read that but I don't remember where. Oh, and I've always done tablespoons, hmmm, now I wonder why???
