This morning was my first day back from the Texas Farewell Tour, and I got up early and did my usual desert pre-dawn walk. 42 active minutes, as opposed to the slower walking I did while I was in Texas. My desert walk is all level, but the Texas walk has one very steep, stressful hill almost at the end of the walk, and most of the minutes are not "active" enough for my Fitbit.

I'm so glad to be back home. Routine is good.
