Good Morning Thud, I was thinking about you just the other day, because i don't know you well, I don't know the answer to this question, so please, I was wondering, you are an extremely active person, you always seem to be partaking in some great activity, were you always an active person, or is this all new since the change in lifestyle and weight loss?
