I AM CHECKING IN. I AM FINISHED EATING FOR THE DAY.
B-COFFEE W/CREAM
SMALL LOW CARB BAR (I KNOW, BAD MOVE. BUT IT IS JUST SO EASY. AH, WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS)
L-SALAD W/BLEU CHEESE DRESSING
6 STRIPS BACON
D-TYPICAL ITALIAN DINNER
PASTA, MEATBALLS SAUSAGE.
ONLY TOOK A SMALL AMT. OF PASTA. MIGHT NOT HAVE BEEN 1/3. HAD 2NDS OF MEAT AND LC VEGGIE(ASPARAGUS). STARTED WITH THE SALAD.
THEN I HAD 1 SMALL PEPPERMINT PATTIE(GOD I LOVE THESE)
I CUP OF COFFEE W/ SOME CREAM AND COOL WHIP IN IT. TASTED DELICIOUS. LIKE A DESSERT.
BUT I STILL FEEL GUILTY. I THINK WHEN I FEEL FULL I FEEL GUILTY. I GO OVER IN MY HEAD A HUNDRED TIMES EVERYTHING I ATE. IT WAS ALL OK. MAYBE I'M NUTS.
