This is my 2nd time around, lost 95# in 7 months, went on a cruise and fell off the wagon. Took 1 1/2 years to get back on, but have lost 17# in less that 2 weeks. I admit that I hate LCing, but there's no other way for me and I have to keep it UNDER 10 gr. per day to loose anything......Cmack
