Got 30 min. in on the treadmill today at a 2 min. fast walk/1 min. jog pace...carried 2 lb. hand weights cuz haven't been getting any upper body workout lately and it really made a difference! Would have rather been outside but the wind came up and can't stand to be out in it...This was a good workout!
