While we're all locked down for the protection of us all, I thought this might be a good time to ramp up the desire to adhere to LCHF by seeing how far the world has come in acceptance.

I think we can all agree that we are at the fringes of becoming mainstream. Well, still the outer fringes. However, let me refresh your memory about ketosis as a treatment for neurological disorders.

Since I left the EARLY AD trials, I've continued to test myself and push myself to use my brain in ways to increase/retain plasticity. I'm stretching my artistic side, using my singing to exercise that part of my brain and taking college art courses to force myself to do homework. I'm writing. I monitor my blood ketones and do my best to keep myself at 1.5mmol/L or higher.

Anybody else in this boat? Are you controlling your brain and body with ketones?
