Hi Ferrygirl,
yes, I am running every other day, and I think this is making a big difference (so far no pain).
Started w2d1 today, however, I forgot to check the schedule before heading out this morning and it was only when I was nearing the end of my first 60 second run that I realized this, so I ran for 90 seconds and walked for 90 seconds. Wasn't till later when I checked and saw I was supposed to walk for 2 minutes...ah well, I'll get it right on Wednesday, lol. I thought it was funny.
I also haven't been stretching much before and after, so today I printed out the stretching exercises from the c25k website...need all the help I can get to remain injury free.
