To me, cottage cheese reminds me too much of low fat punishment diets. Rabbit food, rice (cardboard)cakes , fat free fake cheese.

Why even think of eating that way when you can have bacon, sausage and eggs or a nice juicy piece of meat with veggies in butter?
That's why I love this WOE and why it works for me, because the food is so Good!
