Hey Chip! Thought I'd come over and say thank you again for the tip on squats. It really has helped quite a bit. Today was the first day I added weight. Just 5 lbs in each arm, but it's a start! I can't imagine the 185 you are doing. Wow! Hope your back gets better soon.
