I'm just looking around at some different plans here, and am interested in reading up on the KIS plan - mostly protein, veggies and olive oil.

Tried the search engine, but can't find any posts or links - but it might be that I'm just not very good at searching for stuff on here.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
