I keep looking at this recipe and the first thing that jumps out at me is the amount of sodium in chili seasoning mixes and hotdogs and tomato sauce. If you are sodium sensitive you need to be really careful with recipes like this and adapt them but I haven't found any low sodium hotdogs.
