In three weeks on the island, I didn't do a single plank. Does carrying buckets of water uphill from the lake count?? And paddling a kayak? Maybe.
In any case, I thought of all of you participating on this thread. I'm inspired to get my fitness program activated again, now that I'm back to "real life."
