The value of sticking to LCHF has been said over and over again, but ultimately it is about growing older and staying healthy and mobile. The image I've held in my head over the past decade is of all the fat old ladies riding scooters in the grocery store. At least here in the USA, that is a normal sight. Joints become damaged over time. I'd rather not have to get knees replaced, hips replaced, not have to take medications.
