Teri started this thread, and I applaud her doing so~ I think that getting the right mind set is so essential in losing weight and being successful at it~ We need something to counter the negatives we sometimes throw at ourselves... things like I will never make it, I might as well quit... I have never lost weight before... yadda yadda yadda...get the idea? I think by setting realistic goals, and positive feed back to ourselves, that the goals we do set are attainable... and it's 1:30 in the morning... I am sleepy... so forgive my ending this post... I am going to add some affirmations about more effective use of time~!! But I have been productive about the house... so I am getting things done... y'all keep up the great work~ and remember *VISUALIZE+INTERNALIZE=REALIZE*
