I am going to jump in on this thread. I have been told that meditation, visualization, and "grounding" would be very helpful for me. This thread will help me learn as well as keep me on my toes. I am going to start thinking tonight, then come up with a "plan" tomorrow to submit for help Great idea Teri and Suze!
