On World Diabetes Day, let's honor the LEGEND Dr. Richard Bernstein!
Dr. Bernstein single-handedly changed the fate of thousands of people with Type 1 Diabetes, showing you can #enddiabetesstigma with a low-carb approach that generates normal, healthy blood sugars. He showed that it is indeed possible for any person with Type 1 diabetes to be as healthy as any of their nondiabetic friends.
