Mushroom and soya loaf sounds very nice Shyva, how to you bind it? Another eagg? or maybe egg white? I'm a big soya fan too, there's a deli here that makes it fresh, so I buy it every couple of days and make stir fry kinds of things with lots of veggies and spices. Very good! rarely any leftovers though.... So, its quiet here, but we're trying to shake it up a bit ... aren't we wild these days?
