Hi everyone. I just found this thread. 70 is in my rear view mirror, so I guess I qualify. I have several of the health issues of others here and I can add Type 2 Diabetes to the list. Low carb helps with that.

I'm going to look into the Zantac as Claritin doesn't do a great job on my seasonal allergies, like today, when I can't see for the watery eyes.
