Yep, I've really been bothered by them for the past few months- sleeping terribly. So, I started taking black cohosh and St John's Wort a couple of weeks ago, and my hot flashes and night sweats have pretty much disappeared and I'm sleeping much better. I take them after dinner, probably about 2-3 hours before bedtime. I bought ones that only need to be taken once a day because I'm notoriously bad about remembering pills. Good luck!
