I haven't been keeping my gym log up to date. At least I'm doing the exercise. Got my UBWO in today, but my abs were still sore from the other day - I tried some new, harder crunches. So I skipped that. I might do some tomorrow, if I feel like it. I tried some different leg exercises two days ago for that LBWO, too. Time to mix things up a bit.
