I have yet to find a sugar-free chocolate bar that I like. But for making brownies, use this formula:
3 Tablespoons of cocoa + 1 Tablespoon shortening or oil =
1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate.
This is the formula that is on the back of the Hershey's Cocoa container. It works great. Do this with any good quality cocoa powder.
