One aspect i learned about oxalates is to combine with a dairy product high in calcium. The oxalates are picked up by the dairy and kept in the GI to be passed out with absorption.

I learned this from one source, a source i usually trust but am still trying to find other sources to back this up.

When I look at old recipes, spinach is always served with a cheese or eggs. Perhaps for a reason.
