So far so good with getting in the 15 carbs at each meal, 7 at snacks, and eating every couple of hours. My blood sugar seems more stable! That's a good thing. I'm making the flax bread more often and eating some of that at each meal and it seems to do the trick...can't have too many other grains because of yeast overgrowth...plus it is very low in carbs for a slice...6 carbs!
