Hi Rainny,

Depo Provera shots are birth control injections you get only 4 times a year. They work for three months at a time. They are projesteron(SP?I know I spelt that wrong..) injections.
I have had three so far. I have been low carbing on and off since February and I cannot lose more than 15 pounds no matter what I do???
I want to know if this could be the cause. I HAVE heard horror stories!
