Snack..1 big.mushroom with 1T hummus.
tomotoes,& cucumbers Slices.
Dinner>Big Green smoothie.{Was so good.
Superfood
protein blend powder.
Chia seeds,& Big hand full mixed green
Frozen Banana
1c. frozen peas[Yes Very good.* cashewmilk>1c.with little water for thick.
So done for today.
