Breakfast nonfat Greek yogurt scrambled egg 2%cheese veggies bacon
Lunch 2 reduced fat string cheese with deli ham and turkey wrapped around it v8 juice
Dinner at hotel restaurant grilled chicken Cobb salad- only ate half
Snack peanut butter and celery
