Today's workout:

Bench Presses: 8 reps at 100#, 12 reps at 70#
Butterflies: 2 sets of 12 at 22#
Triceps extensions: 2 sets of 12 at 44#
Triceps pushdowns: 2 sets of 12 at 44#
Lat pulldowns: 2 sets of 12 at 60# (lower weight was too easy)
Preacher curls: 2 sets of 12 at 50#
Quad lifts: 1 set at 50# (still taking it easy on the pulled muscle)
10 bent leg situps, arms at sides (yeah..I have no ab strength at all!)

Better workout today...I'm feeling it more already, especially in my arms.
DH is picking up that 40# dumb bell set this afternoon, so I'll probably do some dumb bell flys when he gets home.
Think I'll add some seated rows next workout.
