The fruit for breakfast statement is certainly not correct. How did that slip in??

I do best skipping breakfast and then keep moving that first meal later and later. Two pm is my best time to eat, ESPECIALLY when doing OMAD. Otherwise, a second meal still keeps to a 16/8 TRE window.

Not clear that healing really happens much in that 16 hours. Seems dr fung recommends 36 hours for a reason.
