Its so depressing coming here and reading about the kind of heavy duty workouts I used to get through. I have been doing a few weedy weights recently, mostly to test my left arm/neck to see how it has healed. I also hop on the elliptical now and then and do 10 minutes. I really should get back in the habit of doing more and posting here.

Yesterday -
1 x 8 bench press
1 x 8 arm curls
1 x 10 squats with a couple of light dumbells
1 x 8 shoulder press
1 x 8 leg extensions
1 x 8 dumbell lateral raises
10 mins elliptical

I'm not even sure what weights I have on the bar and dumb bells, just that they are weedy!

This morning -
10 mins elliptical
