I saw it the other day and I liked it. I did not expect the Philly/New York thing, as none of the reviewers talk about that crucial aspect. I REALLY related to that part - how in New York weight and appearance have very fraught connotations in comparison with Philly. A lot of how we navigate our body image has to do with where we live and cultural norms and I think that was represented in the movie pretty well.
