As for how long I have been LCing. Hmmmm--- I have been actually doing it off and on since 2000. I just have a difficult time with portion control. So I bit the bullet and decided that enough with procrastinating, and have been counting calories. Been hungry mostly, but hopefully that won't take a month to get under control.
