Chest, Shoulders. and Tri's today..
Also, today I added Creatine to my list of supplements. I'll be saturating for 4 days, doing a regular dose for a month, then loading again. I also added Oil of Oregano to my supplementation today. I read here where a lot of folks were using it for weightloss which gave me an incentive to look at it. The real reason I bought it though was for lung power.
I haven't really mentioned this but I've not had a cigar now in about a month... lol.. I'm thinking the OoO might help me clear up whatever residual junk remains in there, plus it might help with weight... However, don't you think I'm quittin' - lol.. When I hit 193 I'm gonna smoke a cigar from here to Memphis.. rofl
