It would be best if you get hold of a copy of the book yourself, and I believe secondhand copies can be found quite cheaply nowadays. You may also find a copy at your local library.
The reason I say this, is that for anyone to post the recipe would be in violation of copyright, so please, anyone planning to do so, don't. If you do so your post will be removed.

Two more suggestions for you, Kathy Ann: please do read the sticky thread found at the top of all the kitchen subforums, called, Kitchen Forum Rules: PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING HERE.
Then, I suggest you go back to the Sweet Treats forum, then go to the sticky thread there called "Contents of Sweet Treats". Second from the top you'll find Unbaked Cheesecakes. There are so many recipes there you might not need Dr Atkins' one.

Anyway, after all that, welcome to the forum.
